Information We Collect

ChowTrek may collect account details from Google sign-in, role information for customers, merchants, and agents, order details, product and vendor content, approximate location permission data, and app activity needed to operate the service.

How We Use Information

We use information to show nearby vendors, process orders, support merchant workflows, improve app reliability, protect the service, and measure APK downloads from this website.

Location and Device Permissions

Location permissions help show nearby vendors and delivery context. Notifications may be used for order status updates and may store a device push token linked to your account. Photo access may be used by merchants when adding product or storefront images.

Payments

Online payment attempts may include order amount, payment reference, and payment status with ChowTrek payment providers such as Quickteller/Interswitch. Do not share card details inside comments, posts, or public listings.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited operational information with vendors, delivery agents, infrastructure providers, or legal authorities when required to provide the service or comply with law.

Data Security

ChowTrek uses Supabase-backed authentication and database access controls. No system is perfect, so users should avoid sharing sensitive personal information inside product listings, comments, or public posts.
