Rules for using ChowTrek.

MVP Status

ChowTrek is currently an Android MVP. Features, vendors, data, and availability may change while the product is tested and improved.

Accounts and Roles

You are responsible for activity under your account. Merchant and delivery agent features should be used only for legitimate food commerce operations and truthful listings.

Orders and Listings

Vendors are responsible for product accuracy, pricing, fulfillment, food quality, and any required local compliance. Customers are responsible for reviewing order details before placing an order.

Payments

ChowTrek may support Quickteller/Interswitch online card payment, wallet payment, and pay-on-delivery modes. Online orders can remain pending until payment is confirmed by the payment provider or an authorized backend verifier.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse ChowTrek, interfere with the service, upload unlawful content, impersonate another person or business, or attempt to access data that does not belong to you.

APK Downloads

The APK is provided for testing and evaluation. Install Android APKs only on devices you control and understand that sideloaded apps may require additional device permissions.

Limitation of Liability

ChowTrek is provided as-is during MVP development. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the project owner is not liable for indirect losses, business interruption, unavailable vendors, or third-party fulfillment issues.

Changes

These terms may be updated as ChowTrek moves from MVP to production readiness. Continued use of the app or website means you accept the updated terms.
